The annual Bardi Young Musician concerts series goes from strength to strength. These concerts are intended to encourage emerging and talented young soloists from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland  by giving them a platform on which to perform with a full symphony orchestra.  Competition was fierce at the auditions in January for BYM 2019, and in the end the audition panel selected not one but two young violinists, Sofia Demetriades and Ailsa Burns who will be appearing with the Orchestra in a concert on 7th July 2019.
