The annual Family Gala Concert Concert at De Montfort Hall has become one of the highlights of the Bardi Wind concert season. Over the recent years the concert has raised thousands of pounds for local charities. This year the concert will be again conducted by Music Director David Calow with Compere Martin Ballard from BBC Radio Leicester and soloists Jenny Saunders and David Morris. The concert continues the association with Oadby & Wigston Lions Club and will supporting the East Midlands Congenital Heart Centre Children's Heart Hospital relocation.Find out more »

The Bardi open their 2018/19 season with a concert of well-known classics including Mendelssohn’s 'Fingal’s Cave' overture and Brahms’ Symphony No.1 in the newly re-opened Haymarket Theatre in Leicester. The principal Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon and Horn from the Orchestra are also showcased in Mozart’s sublime Wind Sinfonia Concertante.Find out more »
